Sensable Health is a wellness program delivered via a comprehensive app, that incorporates biology and behavior to achieve sustainable weight loss and improved overall wellbeing. You will also be supported by live coaching. Learn more about our program here.

To sign up, hit the logo in the upper left, and enter your name and date of birth. If you are eligible, this will navigate you to the sign up survey. If you are not eligible, but believe you should be, please contact customer support.

Your welcome kit will be shipped to your Curry Supply location and will be distributed to you upon arrival.

The Sensable Health program is a 26-week program. This 26-week program was designed to help people scientifically and intelligently lose weight – long term.

Sensable Health is completely free to eligible Curry Supply employees. Lab tests and any necessary technology will be provided at no cost to you.

Labs are a key part of the Sensable Health program. Labs will be conducted at Quest Diagnostic draw sites. Specific information will be provided to you after registration.

While you’re completing your Onboarding in the Sensable Health Mobile App, you’ll see a place to schedule your lab appointment at a Quest Diagnostic location near you. Your lab draw is fasting, so be sure to schedule a morning appointment and to avoid eating or drinking 8 hours before your draw time (water is an exception - be sure to stay hydrated).

You’ll also need to take 2 cortisol samples prior to your lab visit, and bring the samples with you to Quest. The specific instructions are included in your Welcome Kit. Please reach out to Customer Service if you have any questions.
